Our Tiny Program is for our tiniest players! This program will get our players moving - and most importantly, having FUN while doing so. Along with skills, IQ, & team play, we believe a strong foundation to life and sport includes locomotor skills, communication, and social emotional well-being, all in a safe environment. We hope this program promotes not only a shared passion for lacrosse & field hockey, but also the desire to live an active lifestyle.
WHO: Girls & Boys - Preschool/Kindergarten - Ages 4+
All levels are welcome - New & Experienced players
Note: Grade refers to the current school year (2024-25)
WHEN: Mondays, 6/30 to 7/28 – 5-5:45pm

All levels are welcome - New & Experienced players

High School

Join collegiate coach, Karen Atkinson, for Stick Skills & Conditioning!
While there are opportunities to play throughout the year, this is a unique chance to focus on individual Stick Skills. Each player will have high reps and many touches on the ball during each session. In addition to stick skills, our Conditioning portion will focus on strength, speed, agility, and endurance. The game of lacrosse requires a high level of conditioning, along with several other sports you may be a part of.

Join us for our Coastal Lacrosse Indoor League in its 5th year running! We’ve enjoyed providing our local North Shore teams an opportunity to prepare for their spring high school seasons ahead. A great chance to play with your high school program and connect with teammates, both on & off the field.
All high school players are welcome to join, both new & experienced - Grades 9-12!

We are BACK to where we started the league & so excited to provide a great opportunity to prepare for live game play this spring on our 110 x 70 yard field!
Join us for 10 Sunday evenings this winter - PREP FOR SPRING LAX!
All teams will follow a set schedule of 9 v 9 play with a USA Lacrosse certified official
Games will run at 6:30, 7:30 & 8:30 pm - 2, 25 minute halves for each game
